MX Landfill and Oil Treatment Plants
Liquid and heavily contaminated waste streams from grit chambers, oil separators, bilge water, and slop water from offshore oil and gas production. Free oil and larger particles, such as sand and gravel, are removed before the contaminated water can be treated in the MX Superclean process.
We can handle both highly contaminated water and improve the treatment efficiency at landfill sites that require upgrades to their existing facilities. Increasingly strict discharge regulations are driving the need for more advanced treatment technologies prior to discharge. The MX Superclean process is already being used at reception facilities for slop water from offshore oil and gas operations.
The image on the right shows slop water before and after treatment in the MX Superclean process.
